Returns

We accept return requests for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at raquelreghini71@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For low-cost items, we may offer a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
